| 为执行国家和地方大气污染物排放标准，规范固定污染源有组织排放的监测，特别是样品采集方法，制定本标准。本标准规定的颗粒物的测定内容包括了采样、测定及计算，固定污染源监测一般应照此执行。除非有关排放标准或分析方法标准另有规定。
